An intelligent onboard Battery Management System actively monitors individual cell voltages, temperature gradients, and current loads in real time. It protects against deep discharge, overcharging, and short circuits while maintaining optimal cell balancing throughout years of continuous cycling.
Connecting the 5kWh battery into an existing residential electrical setup involves straightforward low-voltage DC coupling with compatible hybrid inverters and off-grid chargers.
Secure the battery module to a structural wall or insert it into a standard 19-inch equipment enclosure with adequate ventilation space.
Connect heavy-gauge DC power leads to the main inverter terminals using specified torque values to prevent resistance heating.
Plug in CANbus or RS485 communication cables to synchronize state-of-charge data directly with your hybrid inverter controller.
Once wired, turn on the integrated DC circuit breaker to initiate the automated pre-charge self-test sequence. The front LED panel will turn solid green when the unit is synchronized and ready to supply clean backup power.
